The My Activity section under the Sales page is an ideal platform for tracking and analyzing your sales-related activity.
The window offers a list view of the actions associated with your clients. The opportunity name, contact name, email address, phone number, company, activities, my deadline, expected revenue, and stage are among the facts that are visible to you. To get further information, click the button in the upper right corner of the window, as seen below.
Once you select the details you wish to see in the window, they will appear. Emails and SMSs can be sent using the Email and SMS buttons, respectively. The activity can be snoozed 7 days by using the Snooze button.
Click the Create button to generate a new opportunity. The window that follows will appear.
Provide the required information in the appropriate fields in this box. Click “Won” if the newly created opportunity satisfies the requirements to be quoted.
Then, to open the window that appears, select the New Quotation button.
After selecting the option from the three offered that most closely matches your opportunity, click. One can either generate new clients, establish connections with current clients, or maintain no connections with clients. You can mark the quotations that aren’t suitable as quotes as “Lost” by choosing the “Lost” option.
